NOTICE: Please read everything before commissioning with me.It is important that you read all of my terms of service before closing a purchase with me, as failure to comply with them may result in the cancellation of the commission or a block, if compliance is lost at any time. By closing a deal with me, you have READ and AGREED to my terms.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [February 16th 2026]Please read my terms carefully before commissioning. Below is a more extensive and detailed version of the terms mentioned above. By ordering from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. The client agrees that they must pay at least 50% of the commission amount or the full payment before starting the artwork, the payment will only be made by an invoice of paypal or VGen.
2. Completely private commissions, that is, those that I cannot post anywhere, will have an additional 20% fee. This additional fee does not apply if the client wants me to post the artwork on a specific date or not mention them in the post, but all of this must be communicated in advance.
3. Any other form of payment other than Paypal or VGen will be denied.
4. The client agrees that my artwork will not be used to feed any type of AI, NFT or commercial uses, understanding and agreeing that failure to comply with this may result in a block or will grant me the right to no longer want to work with the artist.
5. The client will pay the amount requested by the artist when the time comes.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. The artwork will be delivered digitally, and the client will have the right to choose where they wish to receive the artwork, whether by email, discord, or another platform that I have access to.
7. No artwork will be delivered physically, and if the client wishes, they may print the artwork, as long as they understand that it is restricted to personal use and that the artist will not bear any additional costs for printing.
8. It is my responsibility to meet the deadlines established in the terms of service, just as it is the client's responsibility to respond to updates to the artwork sent to them.
8b. In the case of commissions with a specific deadline, if the client is absent during the process and the delivery deadline is exceeded, the responsibility will NOT be the artist's, but the client's, as it was the client who was absent during the process.
8c. Once the commission is finalized, the client understands that no further changes will be made, and in the last cases, if agreed to by the artist, there may be an extra fee for any changes, although it is still not the artist's duty to accept making the changes.REVISIONS
9. During the sketch and base color phase, the client is entitled to make as many changes as they wish, but such changes are limited to the lineart and shading phase. NONETHELESS, If the client starts to overstep the boundaries and demands minimal changes, such as changes to hair strands, or excessive changes/tests in colors, poses, or lines, to the point that the commission becomes extremely tiring to work with, the artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and return the full amount to the client.
9b. Changes to the lineart and shading phase are limited to 3, and above that, a fee of $10 will be charged for each change.
9c. Changes will be made willingly by the artist; however, if the client provides a reference with colors that are difficult to see, this automatically gives the artist the freedom to interpret the colors in their own way, and the client revokes the right to make complaints about the color tones.
10. The client understands that, once a commission has passed the sketch phase, that is, if the commission stage is in the lineart, flat colors or shading phase, changes to the character or pose in question will not be accepted. And in this case, if the commission is canceled, only a certain amount of the amount will be returned, and the rest will remain with the artist for the work already done. This amount will change according to the stage of the commission.VGEN AND FEES
11. It is not the customer's responsibility to pay VGen fees in cases of high commissions.
12. The order may have additional charges, ranging from $5 to $25 depending on the order, whether it is an additional character, item or some greater complexity in the order.
13. Orders that will receive priority, that is, those that the customer wishes to move ahead of anyone on the waiting list, will have an additional charge of $30.REFUND POLICY
14. The client has the right to request a full refund of the artwork if I have not yet started the sketch or if I cancel the commission myself in specific cases.
15. The client understands that even if payment is 50% or fully completed, if the client fails to pay for the artwork for more than two months without notice, the commission will be canceled, regardless of the stage it is in, and there will be no refunds. Likewise, if there is no feedback given to the artist during the production stages of the artwork, no further changes will be made.
15b. In cases like VGen, if the client is absent from responding to updates, due to the delivery deadline being shorter, the commission will continue and no changes will be made, as in this case, it was the client's absence, not the artist's. If this situation occurs repeatedly, it may result in the order being denied or blocked if the client persists.PERSONAL USE AND CREDITS
16. The client understands and agrees that the art cannot be used to feed any type of AI, NFT or generate profits on the art, and will agree to always credit the artist when the art is posted on any social network, leaving the credits such as the artist's name, link or share visible to the eyes of the viewer.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
17. The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission if the client is in any way disrespectful, unpleasant or absent in responding to updates. Disrespectful behavior, whether in the order or in the feedback, will be taken into account and gives the artist the right to refuse the order again, or to block the order if it goes too far beyond the limits of good professional relations.
18. The client understands that their right to cancel the commission and request a full refund only exists up to the sketch's delivery, and that after that, refunds won't be accepted.
19. The client understands that the artist reserves the right to cancel or reject the commission request if anything in the process makes them uncomfortable, and in the event of personal complications, the artist reserves the right to provide explanations. However, this is not mandatory, that is, explanations are 100% opcional in these cases due to the personal nature of the cancellation.By doing business with me, you, the client, have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
